  • Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for the return
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  • Step 4: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, if possible
  • Step 5: Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Step 6: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team

Please do not send products back without first obtaining an RMA number, as this may delay or prevent processing of your return.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Standard Returns

For standard returns (change of mind), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us.

4.2 Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. Please contact our customer service team to arrange this.

4.3 Free Shipping Orders

If you received free shipping on your original order but are returning items that bring your order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
